About Me

Hey there! I’m Zoë — founder of Peak Potential Talent.

I started this business with a simple mission: to support people in navigating the job search with confidence, and to partner with organizations in building inclusive, high-performing teams.

After more than 10 years in professional recruitment, most recently as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at a leading tech company, I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, led hundreds of interviews, and partnered with incredible hiring teams across industries.

Like many others, I experienced job loss during a challenging wave of tech layoffs in May. That experience reminded me how tough and isolating the job search can be—and also how much I love helping people through it. Whether you're updating your resume, prepping for a big interview, or simply trying to figure out your next move, I’ve been there (on both sides of the hiring process), and I want to help.

But my work doesn’t stop with job seekers. I also collaborate with purpose-led organizations to offer sourcing and recruitment support, as well as build out scalable, equitable talent programs—from internship design to internal mobility, goal setting, and more.

I truly believe that when we align the right people with the right opportunities, and build processes rooted in equity and intention, great things happen.
